Ryan Helbert, CPA, Senior Manager
Ryan brings over ten years of accounting experience, with 5 years of public accounting experience (Deloitte), 1 year of industry SEC experience and nearly 5 years consulting through H&Co. Throughout his consulting career, Ryan has personally worked with over 20 life sciences companies. Ryan has a passion for learning new things, which has also made him surprisingly good at trivia.
Dominique Smart, CPA
Dominique brings over six years of accounting experience, including four years of public accounting experience at Ernst & Young and two years of industry SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting experience at Poseida Therapeutics. Dominique has worked with clients throughout the Life Science, Medical Device, and Technology sectors over the course of her career. Dominique is detail-oriented, enjoys collaborating with other people, and is an avid reader both at work and in her free time.
